Suffer from seasickness?
- Avoid drinking coffee or any acid drinks in the morning. On an empty stomach, acidic drinks can make you nauseous.
- Avoid eating any greasy foods in the morning like scrambled eggs, etc.
- Sit below decks and focus on the horizon

Limitations on Paradise Island
Paradise Island has limited comfort and facilities due to its location and logistics challenges. Water and supplies are brought in daily from the mainland and electricity is harvested from the sun. The 3G connection is unreliable. Our staff will do their best to assist you during your stay, however we remind you that Paradise Island may not suit every traveler’s expectation…
